DocuSpa is the third-party telehealth service that we use to fulfill this requirement.

Click Here to schedule your virtual Good-Faith Exam. The exam takes approximately 10 minutes and can be completed from your mobile device.

You will receive a link to join the waiting room for your virtual good faith exam approximately 30 minutes prior to your appointment. You will have to click on the link to join the virtual exam.

A one-time $20.00 fee will be assessed at time of check-out with us. Please complete your annual Good-Faith Exam prior to your appointment with us. Thank you!

Mackenzie Bynum

Mackenzie received her nursing degree at Pensacola State College, where she went on to work in step-down critical care. She developed a passion for oncology after working in an in-patient oncology wing. She soon went on to work in the outpatient setting, where she was introduced to chemotherapy mixing and administration. Fueled to offer her patients the best possible care, she obtained her OCN (Oncology Certified Nurse). She continued to master her skills in IV administration.

While she’s not working, Mackenzie enjoys spending time with her daughters and husband. Her and her family love to go camping and visit the beach.
